Coast 2 Coast Podcast Episode #25: Bouncing Around the NBA Playoffs

Austin and Dante hop on the pod to discuss the NBA Playoffs, including how many interesting series there are and whether this will be L.A.'s final run.

The NBA Playoffs are here, and do you know what that means? Another podcast! Some teams are thriving (hi, Wizards!), some teams are dying (Trail Blazers…), and plenty are somewhere in between. The other half of the teams are planning their May vacations, which means that Austin and Dante have no shortage of content to discuss.

Coast 2 Coast Podcast Episode #25: Bouncing Around the NBA Playoffs

Austin and Dante are here to talk about the NBA Playoffs, with each series through two games. Topics include how the Celtics can bounce back against the Bulls, who can compete with the Cavaliers in the East, and David Fizdale‘s “Take that for data” rant.

Austin and Dante consider how many games the Warriors might lose throughout this postseason. They also ponder how many of these first-round series are still interesting. Why haven’t the Jazz gotten the typical new team excitement in the playoffs? Are the Clippers stale or crackers-box-open-for-two-weeks stale? They wrap up the episode with an exciting look into the possible second-round match-ups and laugh at the Knicks for the 25th straight episode.

Also, a mailbag episode is coming up, so tweet @Coast2CoastPod to get your questions in!

Austin Cracraft and Dante Guarneri discuss everything from the wide world of the NBA, whether it be the latest update from a Banana Boat or a legend being thrown out of the Garden.

A life-long sports fan, he’s been blessed with championships from the New York Yankees and New York Giants, but cursed by the turbulent history of the Brooklyn (New Jersey) Nets.
