Jordan Smith

I am a college student trying to get into the journalism field. I have almost 4 years of sports writing experience. Just under three years of that is from a personal sports blog that I have had called Houston Sports Beat. I joined the Baylor Lariat in the Fall of 2016 as a sports writer, writing four stories a week. Now, I am the Sports Editor and Radio Manager for the Baylor Lariat. I also do play-by-play commentary on Baylor Lariat Radio for Lady Bears Basketball and Baylor Baseball. Baseball is my favorite sport and has been my whole life. I grew up a huge fan of the Houston Astros and am looking to hopefully work for them in the future.
