Analysis

Alongside some tag/trios matches, Day 3 has 4 tournament matches for the show. With some of the names in this final 8 being upsets to some. Ayato Yoshida and Atsuki Aoyagi are two of the men who were showcased heavily in this tournament. Kento Miyahara vs. Shuji Ishikawa is the most notable match of this show, Kento Miyahara losing this match would be a major upset. Mainly because of Kento’s status in the company and the fact he has been a finalist for this tournament multiple times.  Ayato Yoshida defeating Jake Lee would also be a major upset, maybe even the upset of the tournament. Even if it’s highly unlikely to happen.

Lee and Yoshida do have a history going back to 2020, most notably in the JIN days where these two were often opponents in tag matches. Suwama vs. Irie is an interesting match as it’s a match that hasn’t happened before in the extensive careers of both men.  While Shotaro Ashino vs. Atsuki Aoyagi is simply a match where Shotaro Ashino can beat up the little brother of Yuma Aoyagi, who could be out for revenge since his brother was eliminated by Shotaro Ashino. It should be an interesting match.

Who could be the final 4? Shotaro Ashino, Jake Lee, Suwama and Kento Miyahara is our prediction. They represent the top stars of this company. However, in tournaments, upsets are guaranteed to happen.
