With Matt Hardy now a free agent, the journey to find out with promotion he brings his “BROKEN Brilliance” to is on. Seeds were planted on Monday’s Being The Elite, the YouTube show hosted by AEW’s Young Bucks, saw the Jackson brothers getting a phone call from a 910 area code number – which happens to be the area code for Matt Hardy in North Carolina. But just as people thought it was a lock he would appear for AEW, Matt Hardy posted a photo on Tuesday of him reuniting with IMPACT head honcho, Ed Norholm.

But on Wednesday afternoon, on the first part of the finale for Hardy’s Free The Delete series, we not only saw the Jackson’s phone call (from Matt Hardy’s perspective), but in the final seconds, saw both Matt and Nick Jackson step out their vehicle and confront Hardy, before fading to black.
