#AndNEW: Andy Brown goes “Uptown” and Wins CWFH Heritage Gold

Andy Brown

“Uptown” Andy Brown is the story of perseverance. After several disappointing losses in 2018, Brown started 2019 winning the Hollywood Heritage Championship, defeating Royce Isaacs on Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. As has been the case in their previous contests, the matchup was physical. The Champion did everything he could to put away the “Uptown”, but he was not to be denied. After a series of suplexes including a gut-wrench power-bomb, it looked like Isaacs was going to finish the challenger, but the Official was inadvertently knocked out. Double Platinum came to the ring to possibly assist Isaacs but were ripped out by the RockNES Monsters.

After Jamie Iovine’s fruitless attempt to help resulted in him receiving a Package Driver from Brown, Royce grabbed the Challenger for Hush Money. Brown brilliantly reversed it and hit C.O.D. and then a package driver on Isaacs ended the contest. Isaacs was giving Brown one last chance at the title, but it proved to be a costly mistake. Andy Brown capitalized on the opportunity and is now the Hollywood Heritage Champion. What’s next for Jamie Iovine’s unbeatable team that can’t seem to win now?
