Earlier tonight, Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) announced that their California debut show, Joey Janela’s LA Confidential, on November 16 at The Hi Hat in Los Angeles, was on the verge of selling out. With just under a month to go to the event – and with only three actual matches announced – a New Jersey based indie was on the verge of selling out their West Coast debut.

The Great Sasuke vs Amazing Red
No sooner had GCW made the announcement, that Joey Janela himself announced the fourth match on the card and it’s a doozy. Legendary Japanese wrestler The Great Sasuke, 2x J-Crown Champion, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion (with Jushin Thunder Liger no less) and co-founder of Michinoku Pro Wrestling (MPW), will face a man of his own cloth. New York indie legend Amazing Red, a 3x IMPACT X-Division Champion, Ring of Honor Tag Team Champion (with AJ Styles no less) and founder of House of Glory (HOG) Wrestling in NYC. This will be a thing of beauty.
