#AndNEW: Low Ki Wins MLW World Championship

At last night’s tapings for Major League Wrestling (MLW) MLW Fusion in Orlando, Low Ki defeated MLW World Champion Shane Strickland for the title, ending “The Swerve”‘s 92 day reign as MLW Champ.

Low Ki Wins MLW World Championship

Low Ki made his MLW debut in January of this year, following a 20-year career that has seen multiple stints with Ring of Honor and TNA/Impact Wrestling, as well as stints with WWE (as Kaval), NJPW and Pro Wrestling Noah, along with appearances for other promotions such as CZW, EVOLVE, AAW and many more. A 5x Impact X-Division Champion, and 3x IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, it marks Low Ki’s first World title since his reig as PWG World Champion in 2008. He’s also a former ROH World Champion.
