It appears the floodgates for Lucha Underground stars to work with Impact Wrestling has opened wider, as Destiny World Wrestling (DWW) in Mississauga (just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada) has announced that their June 3, 2018 event will be a taping for the next Impact Wrestling One Night Only event, One Night Only: Zero Fear with Pentagon Jr. as the first wrestler announced. This will be Pentagon Jr. (who works the indies as Penta El 0M)’s third match for Impact Wrestling, following his appearance at Impact vs. Lucha Underground Twitch event over WrestleMania weekend, plus his previously announced triple threat match for the Impact World Championship at the upcoming Impact: Redemption PPV on April 22 in Orlando, Florida against champion Austin Aries and Rey Fenix.

Impact Wrestling has seen an influx of Lucha Underground stars in the past year, including Johnny Mundo (Johnny Impact), Taya Valkyrie, Brian Cage, King Cuero (El Hijo del Fantasma) and Jeremiah Crane (Sami Callihan), and the crossover Mega Event at WrestleCon last week became the most watched wrestling event in Twitch history. Pentagon Jr. (currently Pentagon Dark on LU) is the current reigning Lucha Underground Champion heading into Season 4, which will premier on June 13 at 8pm EST on El Rey Network. Based on past One Night Only events in recent history, One Night Only: Zero Fear could potentially air on the GWN on Friday June 8, just prior to the Season Four premier.
