WWE Entering the Beer Business with Hulk Hogan and ‘Real American’ Beer

Thanks to Hulk Hogan and Real American, WWE is getting into the beer business, brother.

On Monday, January 6th, the world’s largest wrestling organization announced they struck a new partnership with Hulk Hogan and his Real American Beer brand, which launched in June 2024. The partnership will see WWE acquire a minority ownership stake in the beer brand, which in a press release they describe as “one of the fastest-growing light beers in the U.S.” in addition to the Real American Beer logo being featured on the ring mat corners as part of every episode of Monday Night Raw on Netflix, starting with tonight’s debut in addition to “other key WWE assets.”

WWE and Hulk Hogan Hoping to become a ‘Mega-Power’ in the Beer Industry

WWE and Real American Beer, now available in 20 states and continuing to expand, released the following press release, celebrating the new partnership, earlier today.

“Hulk Hogan has done a tremendous job introducing an exciting, new product to a competitive marketplace,” said Grant Norris-Jones, Executive Vice President & Head of Global Partnerships for TKO in the release. “We are excited to unlock a new partnership category and to showcase Real American Beer in front of Netflix’s global audience.”

“Well, let me tell you something brother! From the first time I stepped into the ring, I’ve always fought for something bigger than myself,” added Hulk Hogan, Co-Founder of Real American Beer. “I’m thrilled to bring Real American Beer into the ring with WWE. Together, we’re bringing that pride to America, one beer, one match at a time, brother!”

In addition to the exposure on Netflix, Real American Beer will benefit from social media and digital support from WWE which includes, “original, short-form content that will be distributed across WWE’s popular social and digital channels which reach more than 700 million users globally…WWE trademarks and Superstars will also be available for use on in-store point-of-sale materials and promotional displays throughout its growing network of retailers nationwide.”

This partnership comes on the heels of talk circulating that Hogan could return to WWE programming soon. Fans have been speculating if Hogan would be involved in the newly returned Saturday Night Main Event following his appearance in a commercial for the show or returning in some other capacity. Hogan’s last WWE appearance came in 2024 when he returned to celebrate 40 years of Hulkamania. Perhaps with this new partnership, fans will be seeing more of Hogan. At the very least, they’ll be seeing more of his beer.
