Following an exciting edition of AEW Dynamite the fans in attendance were treated to a taping for AEW Rampage on January 5. There were four matches taped as part of the card including The Hardys, women’s division action, and an ROH Pure Championship match. These are the AEW Rampage spoilers for the January 5 edition of the show.

AEW Rampage Spoilers for January 5, 2023

Mark Briscoe & The Hardys vs Kip Sabian, The Butcher & The Blade

Mark Briscoe, Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy defeated Kip Sabian, The Butcher, and The Blade.

Kris Statlander & Willow Nightingale in action

Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale defeated Notorious Mimi (fka Sloane Jacobs in NXT) & Kennedi Copeland (indie standout for H2O and Beyond).

The story here is that Stokely Hathaway gave Statlander a full and over complentary introduction before losing his enthuisiasm and introducing Willow. Hathaway has tried to get Statlander to join him and let him manage her.

Anna Jay vs Hikaru Shida

Hikaru Shida defeated Anna Jay

ROH Pure Championship: Wheeler Yuta (c) vs Komander

Wheeler Yuta defeated Komaner via submission to retain the ROH Pure Championship. Komander was managed by Alex Abrahantes in this match.
