Dalton Castle and The Boys Capture Six Man Gold at Death Before Dishonor
The trio took down The Righteous (Vincent, Bateman, and Dutch) to become champions. This was the first defense of the titles for The Righteous. They won the titles back at Final Battle 2021 with a win over Shane Taylor Promotions (Kaun, Moses, and O’Shay Edwards). Final Battle was the final Ring of Honor event before they went on hiatus and were subsequently purchased by AEW President Tony Khan. The titles were not defended at the last ROH event, Supercard of Honor.
Dalton Castle and the boys add this second Six Man Tag Team Championship to their resume. Castle is also a former one-time ROH World Television Champion and ROH World Champion. The last time Castle was in an ROH ring was at Supercard of Honor where he defeated Joe Hendry.
This match is one of six championship matches on the card for tonight. We already saw a new ROH World Champion crowned in the first title match of the night. We will also see the rematch between FTR and The Briscoes for the ROH World Tag Team Championships on a two out of three falls match.
