At Dragon Gate Pro Wrestling’s Memorial Gate, Yuki Yoshioka and Dragon Dia defend the Open The Twin Gate Championship against Jason Lee and La Estrella.
Dragon Gate Pro Wrestling has had a lot of buzz toward the end of 2021, and that was mainly because of two men. Yuki Yoshioka and Dragon Dia had fans constantly questioning what would be next for them after the culmination of their saga. This saw Dragon Dia unmasked and Yoshioka reveal himself as the masked menace, Dia Inferno. Inferno made it his quest to destroy Dragon Dia dating back to the three-way generation war. However, nobody could guess what was to come next.

Yoshioka and Dia vs Lee and Estrella – What to Know
The Alliance
During Dragon Dia’s return match and challenge for the Open The Brave Gate Championship, Dia Inferno reappeared to assist Dia. From there, Inferno revealed himself as Yuki Yoshioka. After Dia captured the Open The Brave Gate Championship, the two men announced they would be going forward as a tag team together. Yoshioka and Dia challenged for and captured the Open The Twin Gate Championship together.
Since then, they have not lost a single match. They also made the formal announcement that they would not be joining a unit. Instead, they would go alone together as a team, asking the fans to help them come up with a team name.
The Challenge and Prediction
After another statement victory for Yoshioka and Dia, they were approached by Jason Lee and La Estrella. Lee and Estrella challenged the champions to a match that was accepted. Lee and Estrella were former faction mates of Dragon Dia in Masquerade and that unit recently disbanded. Lee and Estrella are on their own looking to wrestle away the Twin Gate belts from their former faction mate.
Now, who will win this match seems like an easy guess. As talented as Lee and Estrella, are there is no stopping the team of Yoshioka and Dia. They’re on quite the roll as of late, so we believe they will walk away still the Open The Twin Gate Champions.
