Sarah Logan Makes WWE Return in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble

Sarah Logan Womens Royal Rumble

As the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble Match began gaining momentum, entered a shocking entrant in the form of Sarah Logan. It was initially reported that the former Riott Squad member was in St. Louis for some WWE business. She made her way to the squared circle as the 25th participant and was quick to make her impact.

What made things even more interesting was that her former partner Liv Morgan was also present in the ring. Logan targeted The Bella Twins and managed to handle them for a while. She even shared a moment with Morgan as they reminisced their time back in the Riott Squad. However, their celebration was cut short after Nikki and Brie Bella shrugged Logan off and threw her over the top rope. Overall, it was not the very best Royal Rumble appearance for Sarah Logan, but it was certainly a memorable one. She received a positive reception from the fans, who were delighted to witness her return.

Post announcing that she was stepping away from the sport indefinitely, Sarah had been away from WWE since June 2020. During her time away from the ring, she gave birth to her and Erik’s son, Raymond Cash Rowe, on February 9, 2021. Logan also began working on a new project — a children’s book series.

Sarah’s unwillingness to stay away from the sport was noticeable frequently throughout her break. In her interview on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette, Logan admitted that watching WWE was often hard as he believed that she had unfinished business in the company. She was, however, enjoying watching her husband wrestle for the promotion. To quote her:

“To be honest, it’s hard for me to watch WWE television because, you know, it’s an unclosed chapter in my life, in my opinion. But I’ll watch RAW just so we can watch his matches. Me and Ray were together before WWE. I know his struggle. I know what obstacles he had to overcome to get to eat at that table. I’m thankful that he’s there for our sake, and I love that he’s there for his sake. I don’t want him to ever, you know, not work there if that’s what he wants to do.”

It is fascinating to note that both Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan were eliminated from the Rumble by The Bella Twins. This might point at a future feud between the two tag-teams somewhere down the line. Whatever WWE is panning with Logan, things just seem to be bright for her wrestling career. Provided her in-ring abilities, there’s still a lot that she can achieve inside the ring. We wish Sarah Logan well on making her awaited return to the ring.
