On tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw, an old rivalry takes shape once more as Kevin Owens battles Seth Rollins. In the middle of this renewed feud has been Big E, the current WWE Champion, who has been in the sights of “The Visionary” in recent weeks. Simply put, Rollins is looking to reclaim the gold, though WWE’s “Prizefighter” hasn’t made matters easy for him. This, and more, is scheduled for tonight’s WWE Raw. Here is what viewers should know before the show goes live on USA at 8 PM EST.

Kevin Owens Battles Seth Rollins
On last week’s WWE Raw, Kevin Owens took on WWE Champion Big E in a non-title main event. Owens was determined to show that he, not Big E or Seth Rollins, was the true “face” of WWE. This led to the aforementioned main event, which saw Big E and Owens take each other to the limit. During this, both wrestlers were incapacitated. As the official checked on Owens, Rollins attacked the WWE Champion, which Owens took offense to. Despite this disadvantage, Big E was still able to win. Post-match, Owens attempted to apologize to Big E, who seemed hesitant to accept his opponent’s words. Before being laid out with a Big Ending by the skeptical “Powerhouse of Positivity,” Owens proceeded to challenge Rollins to a match the following week. Can the former Universal Champion pick up the victory tonight?
What Else to Expect on Monday Night RAW
This past Saturday, WWE took to Twitter to announce the men’s and women’s teams for the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view. For Monday Night Raw, the men’s team consists of Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, as well as Rey and Dominik Mysterio. On the women’s side, Raw selected Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella, and “Queen” Zelina Vega. Expect to learn more about these teams tonight.
Last week, in the opening match of Raw, Bianca Belair challenged Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship. Despite a valiant effort by “The EST,” it was “Big Time Becks” that walked away with her title intact. Later in the show, during a backstage interview, Lynch was confronted by Liv Morgan, who seemed determined to win gold. What will both competitors say tonight?
Damian Priest enters this week’s show coming off a win against T-Bar. This was a brutal No Disqualification Match that featured everything from kendo sticks to ring steps. Despite being up against a game T-Bar, Priest emerged victorious. Soon thereafter, “The Archer of Infamy” was confronted by Apollo Crews, who declared his intention to capture Priest’s United States Championship. We may see this story develop further tonight.
