NXT UK will air its final show without fans from the BT Sports Studio, headlined by the Heritage Cup tournament final. The show will centre around finding the next challenger for Tyler Bate’s Heritage Cup Championship but will also see a couple of grudge matches come to a head.

Announced Card (10/07/2021)
- Sam Gradwell vs. Mark Andrews
- Jinny vs. Emilia McKenzie
- Heritage Cup No.1 Contender Tournament Final: Noam Dar vs. Wolfgang
Subcultured Yogurt
Sam Gradwell aims to ruin everyone’s day as NXT UK’s “Thunderstorm”. Although he doesn’t always pick up the win in the ring, he’s always entertaining on the microphone. His catchphrase of calling his opponents a yogurt is still proving entertaining. Gradwell has been targeting other members of the NXT UK roster who – like him – have been with the brand since its inception. Most recently, he’s turned his attention to Mark Andrews.
Last week, having heard enough, Andrews attacked Gradwell with his skateboard. The Subculture member will be looking to prove he isn’t a yogurt whilst Gradwell will be hoping to show he’s not all talk.
Alright HR. Nothing to see here, just a bit of unprovoked assault with an offensive weapon in the workplace, that’s perfectly sound isn’t it? https://t.co/FSCLWlqqTz

Meiko’s Gatekeeper McKenzie Meets Jinny
It doesn’t take a lot to gain the ire of Jinny and Emilia McKenzie has done that with aplomb. McKenzie is currently training under the tutelage of NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura. She’s also taken on the role of unofficial gatekeeper to Satomura. Wannabe challengers to Satomura’s gold have been forced to tangle with McKenzie first.
As a result, McKenzie is building up some much needed wins. With recent victories over Stevie Turner, Isla Dawn and Amale.
Jinny sees this as a sign that McKenzie is happy to play second fiddle to Satomura. When McKenzie said she didn’t care about Jinny’s opinion, “The Fashionista” said she’d make her care. This should act as McKenzie’s toughest challenge to date.

Heritage Cup Tournament Final
Wolfgang has been the surprise entrant in the Heritage Cup No.1 Contender tournament. His victory over Sam Gradwell wasn’t too much of a shock but his semi-final win against Teoman showed Wolfgang should be taken seriously. Teoman came into the tournament full of steam and many expected him to win the whole thing.
Likewise, Noam Dar quashed Kenny Williams‘ recent momentum to defeat him on his way to the final. It’s tough to predict who will win the Heritage Cup tournament final and go on to face Tyler Bate for the Cup. A win for Wolfgang could allow him to step out of the shadow of his Gallus stablemates and challenge for his first solo title.
The last time Dar and Bate went one-on-one was at NXT UK Prelude in what was a decent match. Perhaps NXT UK’s bookers are eyeing having this match again but with fans.
Fans, Fans, Fans
Fans return to NXT UK for the first time in 18 months next week. This will mark the first time live fans have attended tapings at the BT Sports Studio and they are being treated to a NXT UK Championship match.
On this show, we will get some final hype for the Ilja Dragunov and A-Kid NXT UK Championship match set to take place next week.
