AEW Dynamite will emanate from Newark, New Jersey in the Prudential Center this Wednesday night. A week before their biggest show in “The Big Apple,” All Elite Wrestling will paint the town red in “The Garden State.” Last week on Dynamite, the first show after All Out proved to be a soft reset in AEW. New rivalries started, existing conflicts moves onto their new chapter, and new faces were becoming acclimated with the status quo. It has been said a lot recently, but this truly is the best time to be a professional wrestling fan. As AEW grows larger and larger in scale, the drive to be the best heightens in each and every one of its competitors. Every match is crucial to climb atop the rankings and this week will not be any different. This is especially true for Adam Cole, as he makes his in-ring debut.
In this week’s edition of Dynamite, we will see the baddest woman in AEW go up against a legit opponent. The man who wasn’t afraid to face “The Best In The World” and survived takes on another challenge laid before him. Lastly, a “once in a generation” competitor will make his AEW in-ring debut against a relentless “Elite Hunter.” It has been said once before, but AEW has a lot more up its sleeve each and every show and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Let’s rock n’ roll because as Jim Ross would put it, “It’s Wednesday night, and you know what that means!” Time for some Dynamite. Let’s run it down.
2 huge weeks ahead for #AEWDynamite.

AEW Dynamite Card (9/15/21) – Adam Cole In-Ring Debut
- Special Guest Commentator CM Punk
- Bryan Danielson Addresses AEW World Champion Kenny Omega
- Darby Allin (w/Sting) vs. Shawn Spears (w/Tully Blanchard)
- Jade Cargill (w/”Smart” Mark Sterling) vs. “Legit” Leyla Hirsch
- Adam Cole vs. Frankie Kazarian
Challenge Accepted
Fresh off his monumental showdown with CM Punk at All Out, Darby Allin takes on another challenge before him in battling “The Chairman” himself Shawn Spears. The challenge was laid out by Tully Blanchard himself on behalf of Spears. Blanchard stated that he was sick and tired of “The Icon” Sting riding the coattails of another competitor. He wanted to end it once and for all. If that means ending Allin in the process, then so be it. Blanchard has a long-storied past with the “Stinger” back in the day and it seems like there has not been any bad blood loss from those past battles. This upcoming contest between Allin and Spears seems like the start of something bigger not only for the two men competing in the ring this Wednesday night but also for the brain behind The Pinnacle and the face-painted legend himself.
Nevertheless, this will definitely be one physical match between Darby Allin and Shawn Spears. Knowing these two competitors, they will stop at absolutely nothing to come out on top. And, this Wednesday night, it will definitely be a war between those ropes once the bell sounds. Will Darby Allin bounce back from a valiant loss or will Shawn Spears carry out the hit his mentor initiated?
Proving to Be Elite
Adam Cole is ready for a fight in his in-ring AEW debut, Bay Bay. No competitor is better suited to step up to the plate than “The Elite Hunter” himself Frankie Kazarian. Cole joined AEW with the vision of taking over the professional wrestling industry beside his friends Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks infamously and collectively known as The Elite. The group always has a trick up their sleeve and now they got back their “Ace In The Hole.” Cole is one of the best wrestlers walking the planet today and he is out to prove how “Elite” he really is. Cole might be one of the most phenomenal professional wrestlers as we speak, but All Elite Wrestling is another ball game entirely. However, if anyone is willing to take on the challenge, it’s definitely this generational talent.
With that being said, it will definitely not be an easy first go around. Across from him will be the man who’s out to end The Elite, Frankie Kazarian. Kaz will relish in the thought of putting a huge dent in the plans of The Elite and this is just another opportunity to chip away at the stranglehold of the faction over the AEW landscape. Wednesday night will be the first of many for Cole and we cannot wait. Will Adam Cole notch his first win in AEW or will Frankie Kazarian carve out another marker in his quest to take down the kings of AEW? Tune in this Wednesday on TNT for AEW Dynamite!
