Delirious Teases Return of CHIKARA Stable Incoherence

Incoherence to ROH

In a quiet move that was soon picked up on by wrestling Twitter, Ring of Honor booker Delirious tweeted out a match graphic that teases not only his return to the ring but that he’s bringing in Hallowicked and Frightmare to reform the stable Incoherence. From 2006 to 2009, the trio terrorized CHIKARA, with Delirious and Hallowicked winning the CHIKARA Campeonatos de Parejas Championship in October of 2007 and holding them for 331-days. Apart from CHIKARA, the group also appeared for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Full Impact Pro (FIP), Chaotic Wrestling, and Real Championship Wrestling (RCW).

It’s been 12 years since they last competed together, but since then they’ve all moved on in other directions. Delirious still performs with ROH, while Hallowicked and Frightmare continued with CHIKARA as The Legion of Rot until the promotion closed in 2020. Frightmare went on to work in the New Jersey independents, while Hallowicked remained mostly quiet. This past June, The Legion of Rot reunited and recently made their debut in the Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) world, appearing for the rebooted Jersey Championship Wrestling (JCW). But if Delirious’ tweet proves to be a spoiler instead of a prediction, Delirious could be bringing the Legion of Rot in for their ROH debut and challenge Shane Taylor Promotions’ trio of Shane Taylor, Kaun, and Moses for the ROH World Six-Man Championship (while it will be Legion of Rot’s ROH debut together, Hallowicked as made appearances for ROH as far back as 2007). In what could be a confirmation of the match, Ring of Honor was quick to respond with an emoji-filled response, but it links to tickets for ROH’s next nog event, the two-night Glory By Honor, on August 20 and 21.
