#ANDNew: Rachael Ellering & Jordynne Grace Win Knockouts Tag Titles

Rachael Ellering Jordynne Grace

The Knockouts Division has new Tag Team Champions. Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace knocked off former champions Fire ‘N Flava at the Rebellion pay-per-view. The duo was accompanied to the ring by Jazz, who has had her issues with Fire ‘N Flava.

Jazz was forced to retire from in-ring competition following her career vs. title match loss to Deonna Purrazzo at Hardcore Justice. A retirement ceremony was held for her the following week on IMPACT which was interrupted by Fire ‘N Flava. This lead to an impromptu match between Fire ‘N Flava and Jazz who teamed with Jordynne Grace. They picked up the victory, sending Jazz off on a high note.

Scott D’Amore then rewarded Grace with a tag team championship match at Rebellion. D’Amore offered Jazz a spot with Grace in the tag match, which she declined wanting to hold true to her retirement. Grace was in need of an opponent for the match, and the call was answered by Ellering. Ellering returned to IMPACT last week to help Grace fend off an attack from Fire ‘N Flava, cementing her spot in the match.

This is the first reign for both Ellering and Grace with the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Titles. Grace is also a former Knockouts Champion in IMPACT Wrestling.
