Rachael Ellering Makes IMPACT Wrestling Return, Will Compete at Rebellion

Rachael Ellering Makes IMPACT Wrestling Return

Rachael Ellering made her IMPACT Wrestling return on this week’s edition of IMPACT on AXS TV. Ellering came to the aid of Jordynne Grace after her match. Grace was on the receiving end of a beatdown from Fire ‘N Flava after Grace picked up a victory against Kiera Hogan by disqualification. Ellering made it clear that she will team with Grace at Rebellion for the Knockouts Tag Team Championship after they cleared Fire ‘N Flava out of the ring.

Grace was in need of a partner after she was scheduled to meet Fire ‘N Flava for the titles. The match was made after Fire ‘N Flava interrupted the retirement ceremony of Jazz. Grace did not take kindly to the interruption and an impromptu match was made on IMPACT between Grace and Jazz and Fire ‘N Flava. Grace and Jazz were victorious, which prompted Scott D’Amore to offer them a title shot at Rebellion. Jazz, being a woman of her word, opted to stay retired, leaving Grace in need of a partner. Rachael Ellering answered the call with her IMPACT return.

Ellering worked a couple of sporadic matches in 2017 for IMPACT against opponents Sienna and Laurel Van Ness. She competed in NXT from 2016 to 2020 and was released in May of the latter year. Ellering also wrestled on AEW Dark in August of 2020 in a losing effort to Penelope Ford.
