ROH Re-signs Jonathan Gresham, Signs Maria Manic

ROH

According to PWInsider ROH has re-signed Jonathan Gresham to a new deal and has added to the Women Of Honour division by signing Maria Manic.

Jonathan Gresham

The Octopus Jonathan Gresham is coming off a good showing in the Best Of The Super Juniors tournament in NJPW.  A fourteen year veteran Gresham is a technically gifted competitor that has wrestled all over the world.  From Combat Zone Wrestling to Revolution Pro Wrestling in the UK and Westside Xtreme Wrestling in Germany and everywhere in between Gresham has been wowing audiences all over the world with his technical wrestling skills.  He has long been ROH’s best kept secret and has recently established himself firmly in the Upper Midcard of the company.  Now coming off of a good showing at BOSJ he has more hype than ever before and is poised to make a run as a top guy in ROH.

Maria Manic

Women Of Honor is a division that needs something new.  Years of poor booking have reduced the division to an afterthought despite the effort of those involved.  Someone like Manic can turn that division on its head.  She has been trained in part by THE Matt Tremont so you know she’s tough.  She’s made a name for herself by taking harsh punishment and doling out even harsher punishment.  She brings a lot to Ring Of Honor and is another good signing from ROH who have recruited talents like Mark HaskinsRUSH and Bandido this year.
