The Circus Is Back In Town: WrestleCircus Announces Return Show

The Texas indies have been on the rise the past few years, with promotions like Anarchy Championship Wrestling (ACW), Inspire Pro, and Booker T‘s Reality of Wrestling (ROW) producing some of the top stars on the US indies. In 2016, a new indie promotion called WrestleCircus made their debut that October in Austin, TX, and immediately made an impact. Through the end of 2017, they were one of the hottest new US indies, with outstanding cards featuring local Texas stars as well as some of the best national (and international) stars. They were one of the first wrestling promotions on Twitch, airing all their events on their channel.

But a year later, WrestleCircus went on hiatus. Four months later, they made a return, but after only two shows back, they went on hiatus again. But a few days ago, they made a huge announcement – after a year hiatus, they are returning in May.

And they revealed the reason for the hiatus – the owners, real-life married couple Al & Lexi Lenhart had started a family!

They show, WrestleCircus: Encore, will take place on Sunday May 12 at the 800 Congress Event Center in Austin, Texas, and a line-up has been announced, featuring the following matches:
