BREAKING: Jimmy Jacobs Returns to ROH at Global Wars

Former WWE Creative writer Jimmy Jacobs returned to the indie promotion he wrestled for from 2003 to 2015, Ring of Honor, in the aftermath of tonight’s main event featuring Bullet Club‘s Kenny Omega successfully defending his IWGP US Heavyweight title at ROH Global Wars from Chicago.

The Bullet Club went into the crowd looking to take a selfie with a fan, when the 5x ROH World Tag Team Champion Jimmy Jacobs emerged from the audience with his camera and took a selfie with the entire Bullet Club.

A fun moment that poked fun at this week’s earlier news that Jimmy Jacobs was let go from the WWE after posting a selfie he took with the Bullet Club during last month’s Bullet Club invasion.

Jacobs was a top indie star for a decade prior to joining WWE’s Creative team in 2015, starting in the Michigan indies in 1999 and IWA Mid South in 2002. He joined ROH a year later and “The Zombie Princess” had numerous memorable runs, most notably his factions The Age of the Fall that included a pre-WWE Seth Rollins (then known as Tyler Black) and S.C.U.M. that featured Kevin Owens (aka Kevin Steen) and Steve Corino.
