Breece Hall was one of the first three running backs drafted in fantasy leagues for the 2024 season. He was in the same tier as Christian McCaffrey and Bijan Robinson. However, Hall finished outside the top 15 among running backs, marking his season as a disappointing bust. Can he rebound on the Jets in 2025? Here is the Breece Hall dynasty outlook.
Dynasty Outlook for Breece Hall
Recent Production
Hall got off to a great start in 2024, scoring 18 points in each of his first three games. Then, it was up and down for the middle stretch of the season. He had two straight games of under seven points, then two straight over 20, and then three straight under 13 before scoring 31 in the next week. It was a very inconsistent season for Hall, making it hard for fantasy managers to trust him. Then, he got hurt, which caused him to miss a game, and then he played through an injury for the rest of the season and struggled to produce.
Overall, after being a top 13 RB in the first three weeks, he was only a top 13 RB four times the rest of the season. He did not live up to the high price where he was drafted in fantasy drafts and finished as the RB16 in PPR leagues.
Hall Dynasty Price
According to KeepTradeCut, Hall started the 2024 season as the RB2 in dynasty rankings but is currently the RB6. Saquon Barkley and De’Von Achane are ahead of him, while Bucky Irving and Jonathan Taylor are just below Hall. Achane, Hall, and Irving are all much younger than Barkley and Taylor, making them better players to have on dynasty teams. Hall is equal to the 1.03 in rookie drafts this season. Hall is a better bet than the rookies available at 1.03 in a poor rookie draft class.
Hall Dynasty Outlook
Hall is still a young player, just 23.7 years old through three seasons in his career. He should have another three to five years in his prime. However, he needs to be a good offense. The Jets offense has been terrible over the last few years, and they are now in a rebuilding phase needing a new quarterback after informing Aaron Rodgers that they will be moving on from him. Their options are Tyrod Taylor, signing a free agent in a poor free-agent QB class, or drafting one.
Additionally, the Jets hired a new head coach and offensive coordinator to try to turn things around. The offense has solid pieces with Hall and star wide receiver Garrett Wilson, but they just need a good quarterback to complete the offense. Depending on the quality of the quarterback, there is a wide range of outcomes for this offense in 2025.
What to Do with Breece Hall in Dynasty Leagues?
It is time to buy low on Hall. He struggled last season and is a much better player than what his performance showed last season. Expect a bounce-back season, regardless of how good the Jets offense is next year. Dynasty managers will be concerned about Hall’s recent production and have a lower price for him, so take advantage of that and trade for Hall.
