The magical thing about dynasty fantasy football is that it’s year round. While the 2025 NFL draft doesn’t have the same juice as 2024, the 2025 dynasty rookie rankings will help managers find tier breaks for early trades. Whether you tanked for the 1.01 or are looking for an early sleeper, these rankings will have it all.
These 2025 dynasty rookie rankings are intended for superflex, no tight end premium leagues.
2025 Dynasty Rookie Rankings – Superflex
Top Two, Don’t Overthink It
1. Ashton Jeanty, RB Boise State
Ashton Jeanty is already garnering first-round buzz. He has been all season on his way to a second place Heisman finish. He’s the best running back in the class, and the 1.01 as it stands now.

2. Tetairoa McMillan, WR Arizona
Tet is a monster on the outside, but he has more fluid movement skills than one would expect for his size. Whether draft analysts comp him to Tee Higgins, Mike Evans or Drake London, they’re all positive signs for Tet’s future in the league.

3. Omarion Hampton, RB UNC
It’s a shame Jeanty is stealing all the headlines. Hampton is plenty explosive, has plenty of size, and will be on plenty of our dynasty rosters after rookie drafts.
4. TreVeyon Henderson, RB Ohio State
If Henderson had declared last year he would have been the best running back in the class. Instead he headed back to school where he showed off the receiving chops and won a National Championship. No big deal.
5. Quinshon Judkins, RB Ohio State
The thunder to Ohio State’s thunder and lightning combination, Judkins is a physical back with all of the tools to succeed at the next level.
6. Kaleb Johnson, RB Iowa
One of the most translatable stats for a running back is their missed tackles forced (MTF). Johnson had 148 MTF in his three years at Iowa, with 136 on the ground. He’s a threat to run a man over, or use a little extra wiggle to get around them in space.
High Floor Skill Players and Low Floor Quarterbacks
7. Cam Ward, QB Miami
In 2025 dynasty rookie rankings quarterbacks are going to be met with caution. Superflex leagues push them up boards, but the landing spots aren’t exciting and this is a weaker class than 2024. Ward is the top option in early quarterback rankings, but until draft night these quarterbacks are risky.
8. Luther Burden, WR Missouri
Burden is one of the more divisive receivers in the 2025 NFL draft, but his 2023 season was one for the ages. He can turn any average play into a house call, and will be a useful part of any offense he joins.
9. Emeka Egbuka, WR Ohio State
Draft strategy for dynasty might just turn into closing your eyes and drafting the Ohio State wide receiver. Egbuka is a refined route runner who can move into a power slot role or a team’s number two option.
10. Shedeur Sanders, QB Colorado
Sanders is a pocket passer who doesn’t bring a lot on the ground likely going to a really, really bad team. If the first round buzz is real, he’ll have a safe job for a couple of years but he would need a wildly efficient year to ever crack the top 15 for fantasy.
11. Tyler Warren, TE Penn State
Number one tight end? Easy. Fullback when needed? Okay. Hey Tyler, line up at X for a couple plays. Easy day. Backup quarterback? Sure. Warren can do it all, and if an OC uses him as creatively as Penn State did we could see a Taysom Hill/T.J. Hockenson hybrid that would be extremely valuable for fantasy.

12. Travis Hunter, WR/CB Colorado
If Travis Hunter comes out to say he’ll be a full-time receiver, he’s shooting up to the top of the draft. But at this stage in the draft cycle he wants to play on both sides of the ball, and it’s easier to play full-time on defense and rotate in on offense than the other way around. No one would make a face if Hunter was picked as high as the 1.03 this year, but until there’s more clarity it’s not recommended.

19. Devin Neal, RB Kansas
20. Elic Ayomanor, WR Stanford
21. Tre Harris, WR Ole Miss
22. Ollie Gordon II, RB Oklahoma State
23. Damien Martinez, RB Miami
24. D.J. Giddens, RB Kansas State
