2. Los Angeles Chargers
Despite drafting Brenen Thompson this year, the Los Angeles Chargers have been reluctant to add a veteran pass-catcher. While they’re leaving the door open for Keenan Allen, the team has yet to make any move. This leaves serious doubt for QB Justin Herbert, who’s in dire need of a high-stakes receiver to elevate this offense to the next step. If Jim Harbaugh wants this team to pass the wild-card round, they should trade for a receiver.
Ladd McConkey is talented, but needs to be surrounded by at least experienced pass-catchers. Addison is still young, but he has the same frame and versatility as McConkey.
