Isaiah Likely Signs Contract With New York Giants

Four-year veteran tight end Isaiah Likely signed a new three-year, $40 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens. Likely, a former fourth-round pick, spent the entirety of his career with the Baltimore Ravens.

Isaiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens, Agree to Contract

Isaiah Likely is one of the most fascinating tight ends on the open market, as it’s hard to know what he could do in a featured role. The Coastal Carolina product has played well in small bursts but has never handled a full-time job thanks to the presence of Mark Andrews. He also had a rough 2025, recording just 27 receptions for 307 yards and one touchdown on 36 targets. The Ravens as a team also had a rough season, missing the playoffs and firing head coach John Harbaugh after the season.

Likely originally entered the league as a fourth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Selected out of Coastal Carolina, the rookie made an immediate impact for his team, which isn’t common for tight ends. Appearing in 16 games while making two starts, Likely finished his inaugural campaign with 36 receptions for 373 yards and three touchdowns on 60 targets. The Coastal Carolina product received his first taste of playoff action that year, but Baltimore lost in the Wild Card round to the Cincinnati Bengals.

The tight end built on his rookie success in 2023, appearing in all 17 games while recording 30 receptions for 411 yards and five touchdowns. He had a similarly productive season in 2024, finishing the campaign with 42 receptions for 477 yards and six touchdowns. He helped Lamar Jackson win MVP in 2023, and the Ravens made the playoffs in both of the aforementioned season. However, they never made it to the Super Bowl during Isaiah Likely’s rookie contract.

Since entering the league, Isaiah Likely has played in 63 games while making 23 starts. While on the field, the former fourth-round pick recorded 135 receptions for 1,568 yards and 15 touchdowns on 194 targets.
