3. Atlanta Falcons – Klint Kubiak
Klint Kubiak will likely be the prized jewel of the head coaching cycle, and Allbright believes he’ll land with the Falcons. Everyone wants to find the next Sean McVay, and Kubiak has a decent shot of being that guy. At 38 years old, he’s a young, offensive-minded coach with multiple years of success on his resume.
Kubiak guided the Seattle Seahawks to the top seed in the NFC North while helping Sam Darnold prove his 2024 season with the Vikings wasn’t a fluke. One year earlier, he had Derek Carr on pace for a career-best season before injuries derailed the entire team. While he may not have head coaching experience, he should be a great fit for a team with a young quarterback like Michael Penix.
