The more the season goes on, the more Conner Weigman feels like the perfect QB for what Willie Fritz wants to accomplish at Houston. He takes care of the football, and he’s mobile enough that defenses must account for him in the run game. And with the emerging WR1 Amare Thomas, the Cougars feel primed to pull off a big upset before the year ends.
