1. Jerome Ford, Browns
Second-round pick Quinshon Judkins is the future of the Cleveland Browns backfield. Despite missing a sizable portion of the offseason with contract and legal issues, the Ohio State product has dominated since joining the team. Playing in four games, Judkins has recorded 347 yards and two touchdowns on 72 carries (4.8 yards per attempt).
This makes Jerome Ford expendable and an ideal trade target. The former fifth-round pick is no superstar, but he proved to be an adequate starter while filling in for Nick Chubb in 2023 and 2024. Capable of making plays as a runner and a receiver, the veteran is an ideal fit for New England’s running back by committee.
