Other Browns Quarterback Options

Joe Flacco

The wily vet, Flacco has a chance to step in and make this team relatively fun. Their defense is still relatively strong with the Myles Garrett extension, and Flacco has shown that he still has some gas left in the tank. He’s responsible with the ball, but can still push it downfield with enough velocity to get Jerry Jeudy, Cedric Tillman, and David Njoku involved. At 40 years old, he’s not the long-term solution, but he has the best chance to push the Browns over .500 in 2025.

Shedeur Sanders

Sanders has the most buzz around him, and it might be the most media attention given to a day-three quarterback in history. He’s a relatively quick processor, but he took far too many sacks in college. With the Browns unlikely to compete for a Super Bowl in 2025, seeing what Sanders and the next quarterback can give to the team should be their priority.
