Deshaun Watson and Deebo Samuel are two players to build lineups around Week 11 DFS. Find out who the best plays are for Week 11 daily fantasy football.

Deshaun Watson and Deebo Samuel are two players to build your DFS lineups around this week. Find out who the best plays at every position are for Week 11 daily fantasy football.

Week 11 DFS Core Plays: Play Deshaun Watson and Deebo Samuel

Week 11 DFS Quarterbacks

Deshaun Watson $6800

In the matchup of the week, Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans will go head-to-head with Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. The current consensus Vegas line is O/U 50.5 Ravens -4. Both quarterbacks in this matchup are incredibly appealing for DFS this week, but take the $900 savings and go with Watson.

That said, this is a matchup where we want exposure to both sides. You can build some good looking game stacks with players from the game, but make no mistake, the quarterbacks are the big studs in this one.

Dak Prescott $6700

Dak Prescott can get it done with both his arm and his legs, and he offers an opportunity for us to pivot off some of the chalkier quarterbacks. The Dallas Cowboys receiving core is top-notch, and Dak is having a career year because of it. Another thing working in Dak’s favor this year is the pass-heavy play-calling of Kellen Moore, which has helped Prescott put up gaudy fantasy numbers.

This week’s opponent, the Detroit Lions, rank 29th in DK points allowed to quarterbacks. If Matthew Stafford (back) can play, the game could turn into a shootout. That would make this another game to stack.

Week 11 DFS Running Backs

Dalvin Cook $8900

Dalvin Cook is having a breakout season. He is one of the few real workhorse-running backs in the league. This week, Cook will face the Denver Broncos who rank 22nd in DK points allowed to running backs. Cook is likely to be featured in the matchup, with the Vikings favored by 10.5 points.

Cook has seen 27 or more touches in five of his last six games. Only Christian McCaffrey has better numbers than Cook this season. However, McCaffrey will cost you an extra $1600 this week. Take the savings and use Cook to anchor your lineup.

Josh Jacobs $6900

Josh Jacobs and the Oakland Raiders take on the Cincinnati Bengals who rank 28th in DK points allowed to running backs. The Raiders are 10.5 point favorites, so look for a heavy dose of Jacobs in the run game. The Bengals rank dead last defending the run, allowing 173 rushing yards per game on the season.

Ronald Jones $5200

Ronald Jones has seen a spike in his usage the past couple of weeks and was declared the “lead-back” by Bruce Arians. Jones has 39 touches over the last two weeks. If he gets close to 20 touches again this week, Jones should exceed value on Draft Kings.

There’s a good chance this game becomes a shootout between two high-powered offenses. Meaning, Jones will likely see many of his touches in the form of pass targets, giving him higher upside on a full PPR site like Draft Kings.

Week 11 DFS Wide Receivers

Mike Evans $7400

Mike Evans was shutout the last time he played the New Orleans Saints back in Week 5. This time things should be different. The Saints will be without top cornerback Marshon Lattimore this week, clearing a path for Evans to assert his fantasy dominance once again. We will want some exposure to players from both sides of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Saints game. However, none have shown the kind of slate-busting upside Evans has this season.

D.J. Moore $5900

D.J. Moore is the top wide receiver in the Carolina Panthers offense. This week the Panthers receivers have a good matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, who rank 24th in DK points allowed to wide receivers. The Panthers-Falcons game has a high Vegas total–49.5, so there should be plenty of chances for Moore to put up points. Moore is averaging ten targets per game over the past four. With all those opportunities versus a week pass defense, Moore should easily exceed value.

Deebo Samuel $4000

It looks like Deebo Samuel will be the number one receiver for the San Francisco 49ers this week. Lucky for us, Draft Kings released their player pool and prices before the news about Emmanuel Sanders dropped. Therefore, we get a number one wide receiver for the price of a number three.

Take the savings and roster Samuel. He plays the Arizona Cardinals, who rank in the bottom half of the league defending wideouts. Per Adam Schefter, George Kittle has already been ruled out. If Sanders is also held out, Samuel has a clear path to WR1 usage.

Week 11 DFS Tight Ends

Jared Cook $4400

Jared Cook has a great matchup against the Buccaneers, who rank 31st in DK points allowed to tight ends. After a slow start to the season, Cook has picked up the pace– 17 combined DK points Weeks 1-4, compared to 40.2 DK points Weeks 5, 6, and 10 combined.

Cook was targeted ten times last week, proving he is now an essential part of the Saints offense. The Saints should utilize their mismatch tight end often again this week in a matchup with the potential to be high scoring.

Greg Olsen $3900

Greg Olsen gets a tight end-friendly matchup with the Falcons, who rank 24th in DK points allowed to the position. Olsen gives us another piece of the Panthers-Falcons game with it’s high Vegas total. In 15 career meetings with the Falcons, Olsen averages 4.1 receptions, 51.3 receiving yards, and .47 touchdowns per game.

Olsen has caught more touchdowns versus the Falcons than against any other team. This season, Olsen remains an integral part of the Panthers offense. He averages 6.2 passing targets per game. Olsen comes into this matchup well-rested and in a good position to provide fantasy value.

Week 11 DFS Defense

New York Jets $3100

The New York Jets will take on the Washington Redskins this week in D.C. The Redskins are starting rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins, who has looked shaky in his first few showings. The Jets defense should be able to take advantage of the rookie signal-caller’s inexperience and force him into making some mistakes. The Jets–Redskins (O/U 38.5) also has the lowest Vegas total of the week.

Carolina Panthers $3000

The Panthers host the Falcons this week. The Falcons are coming off of a big win against the Saints last week. However, don’t let them fool you. They are still a struggling team with a questionable offensive line. They are bound to come back to earth this week, facing this tough Panthers defense.

The Panthers, fresh off their bye, have had two weeks to prepare for this game. As long as Panthers top cornerback James Bradberry suits up, the Carolina defense is set up for a good game. If Bradberry ends up sitting out, Julio Jones will become a highly appealing DFS option, and the Panthers defense would need to be downgraded. However, Bradberry practiced fully Thursday, so he’s trending in the right direction.
