NHL Predictions

Philadelphia Flyers vs Chicago Blackhawks

Head-to-Head: Flyers 1-0 Blackhawks

Time: 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

TV: SN1; Chicago Sports Network; NHL Network; NBC Sports Philadelphia

We open up NHL predictions with the Philadelphia Flyers visiting the Chicago Blackhawks. Samuel Ersson is the expected starter for the Flyers, but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Philadelphia is 1-8-1 in the last 10 games, including four straight losses. Travis Konecny has been a bright spot this season with 23 goals and 43 assists for the Flyers.

Chicago is coming into this game with seven straight defeats and a 2-6-2 mark in the last 10 games. The Blackhawks are slated to go with Spencer Knight in between the pipes for this one. Connor Bedard has recorded scored 19 goals with 35 assists for Chicago.

Someone has to win this game, but Philadelphia seems to be in a better position to accomplish that.

Prediction: Flyers win 4-3.

Buffalo Sabres vs Winnipeg Jets

Head-to-Head: Sabres 0-1 Jets

Time: 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

TV: TSN3; MSG Buffalo; ESPN+

Our second game of NHL predictions is our featured game between the Sabres and Jets. Buffalo is struggling with a 3-6-1 in the last 10 games, including two consecutive defeats. The Sabres are 10-21-3 away from home this season. JJ Peterka has 22 goals and 31 assists for Buffalo. It’s likely that James Reimer will be the team’s starter.

Winnipeg is projected to start Connor Hellebuyck, but we could see Eric Comrie get the call in goal. The Jets are in the mix for the President’s Trophy and have a 6-3-1 in the last 10 games. However, Winnipeg is coming off a loss entering this one. Kyle Connor has great all season with 37 goals with 49 assists for the Jets.

Buffalo is just trying to end the season while Winnipeg is chasing the top overall record.

Prediction: Jets win 5-2.

Nashville Predators vs St Louis Blues

Head-to-Head: Predators 0-2 Blues

Time: 6 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

TV: Fan Duel Sports South; Fan Duel Sports Midwest; ESPN+

The last game of our NHL predictions has the Nashville Predators taking on the St Louis Blues. Justus Annunen is the expected starter with the Predators playing last night. Nashville may be out of the race for a Stanley Cup Playoff spot. However, the team is still 5-4-1 in the last 10. Filip Forsberg leads the team in all offensive categories with 27 goals, 37 assists and 64 points.

Jordan Binnington is the projected starter for the Blues, who are on a five-game winning streak. St Louis has won five straight games and are in the second wild card spot in the West. Jordan Kyrou leads the team in goals (29) and points (29) so far this season.

St Louis has been playing well at the right time and should get two valuable points.

Prediction: Blues win 5-3.

Prop Bets of the Night

We round out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our featured game for some props. For Buffalo, go with Tage Thompson to generate a goal. On the Winnipeg side, take Mark Scheifele to get the over on 0.5 points.
