Our opening and featured game of NHL predictions has the Vancouver Canucks taking on the Winnipeg Jets. You might see a number of players that you wouldn’t normally see due to keep players healthy. Vancouver is 5-4-1 in the last 10 and has won two straight. Casey DeSmith will likely draw the start, but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Brock Boeser has 40 goals and 33 assists for the Canucks. Pending free agent Dakota Joshua has scored five goals with one assist over the last 10 games.

Laurent Brossoit is the expected starter for the Jets, who are 7-2-1 in the last 10 and have taken seven straight games. Defenceman Josh Morrissey has 10 goals and 59 assists for the Jets. Kyle Connor has four goals and nine assists over the last 10 games. Winnipeg has a date with the Colorado Avalanche in the opening round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs later this weekend.

The Jets have been playing very well as of late and they’ll end the regular season with momentum.

Prediction: Jets win 3-2.

Edmonton Oilers vs Colorado Avalanche

Head-to-Head: Oilers 1-1 Avalanche

The next game of NHL predictions has the Edmonton Oilers looking to end the season with a win at the Avalanche. Stuart Skinner is the expected starter for Edmonton, which is 5-3-2 in the last 10 games. The Oilers are coming off a loss in what could be the final game for the Arizona Coyotes. German standout Leon Draisaitl has 41 goals and 65 assists for the Oilers. Connor McDavid has five goals and five assists over the past 10 games.

Alexandar Georgiev is slated to get the call in net for Colorado, which is 3-5-2 in the last 10 games. The Avalanche are locked into a first-round matchup with the Jets. Nathan MacKinnon has 51 goals and 87 assists for the Avalanche. Cale Makar has three goals and eight assists over the past 10 games.

Anaheim Ducks vs Vegas Golden Knights

Head-to-Head: Ducks 2-1 Golden Knights

TV: Scripps; Bally Sports San Diego; Bally Sports San Diego; ESPN+

Our last game of NHL predictions has the Anaheim Ducks trying to play spoiler for the Vegas Golden Knights. Anaheim has played well against Vegas so far this season. Lukas Dostal is the expected starter for the Ducks, who are 2-7-1 in the last 10 games. Troy Terry has tallied 20 goals and 34 assists for the Ducks. Alex Killorn has netted four goals and added two assists over the past 10 games.

Adin Hill is the confirmed starter for the Golden Knights, who can wrap up third in the Pacific Division with a win. Vegas is 6-3-1 in the last 10 games and has won three consecutive games. However, players like Anthony Mantha and Chandler Stephenson are questionable for tonight’s game. Jack Eichel has 30 goals and 37 assists for the Golden Knights. Original Golden Knight William Karlsson has scored six goals with six assists over the last 10 games.

Vegas is still on a mission to avoid the Wild Card round and the Dallas Stars. The Knights get the job done.

Prediction: Golden Knights win 5-2.
