Time: 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Our second game of NHL predictions has the Vegas Golden Knights visiting the Dallas Stars. Akira Schmid is the probable starter for the Golden Knights, who are 4-6 in their last 10 games. Vegas is 4-6 in its previous 10 games, including defeats in five of its last six games. Jack Eichel is first in assists (49) and points (71) so far this campaign.

Jake Oettinger is the likely starter for the Stars, who had their 10-game winning streak snapped against the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday afternoon. Dallas may not be able to catch Colorado for first in the Central Division. However, the Stars have gotten a lot from leading point-getter Jason Robertson, who has eight in the team’s last 10 games.

Games between the two teams are always tough. However, Dallas gets the win in this game.

Prediction: Stars win 4-3.
