Our second game of NHL predictions has the Carolina Hurricanes visiting the Minnesota Wild. Pyotr Kochetkov is the likely starter and is off to a 4-0-0 start with a 1.70 goals-against-average and .926 save percentage. Carolina is 7-2-1 in its last 10 games. Seth Jarvis leads the team in goals with 10, but Sebastian Aho is tops in points with 18.

Jesper Wallstedt is the probable starter for the Wild, who are 6-2-2 in the last 10 games. Minnesota has won its last two games in a row and is starting to stabilize. The Wild have been solid at home with a 6-3-3 mark. Kirill Kaprizov is leading the team in goals (11), assists (12), and points (23) so far this campaign.

Carolina has been one of the better teams to start the season, and should get the win.

Prediction: Hurricanes win 4-2.
