NHL Predictions: Boston Bruins vs Vegas Golden Knights

Philadelphia Flyers vs Arizona Coyotes

Head to Head: Flyers 0-0 Coyotes

The Mullet Arena experience continues and it welcomes John Tortorella and the Philadelphia Flyers. They travel to take on the Arizona Coyotes. This game is between two of the worst teams in this league and they are Connor Bedard-bound.

Arizona pulled off an upset as they stunned the Bruins Friday evening. Philly on the other hand has lost twice this week, however, they gained one point against Vegas the other night.

This team doesn’t boast a lot up front, although Lawson Crouse and Travis Konecny have looked awesome for each team. But the bright spots lie in net. Carter Hart and Karel Vejmelka have been a large part in keeping their teams in games. Vejmelka ranks second in goals saved above expected, while Hart ranks fourth. Two outstanding young reminders going head to head will be fun.

Prediction: Coyotes defeat Flyers 3-2

Washington Capitals vs Winnipeg Jets

Head to Head: Capitals 0-0 Jets

Alexander Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals travel to take on the Winnipeg Jets. The Jets are right at the top of the Central Division, whereas Washington is try to climb back into the wild card scenario.

History is upon us as Ovechkin is growing ever so close to eclipsing the 800-goal mark. With each passing game, history is being made. But he will get to face Connor Hellebuyck who has been one of the best goaltenders all year long. The Jets have been a more formidable team this season, and they get the edge against a Washington club who is slowly getting back to full health.

Prediction: Jets defeat Capitals 4-3

Boston Bruins vs Vegas Golden Knights

Head to Head: Bruins 0-1 Golden Knights

Tonight’s featured game is a matchup between the Boston Bruins and the Vegas Golden Knights. It is a rematch from earlier in the week, which saw Bruce Cassidy and his squad spoil the Bruins historic home winning streak. Now the Bruins travel to his house looking for redemption.

Not only are the Bruins looking for redemption against their former coach, but they also from Friday night. The Bruins lost to the Arizona Coyotes while only giving up 16 shots on goal. Vegas followed up an embarrassing loss to the New York Rangers with an overtime victory against the Flyers.

The goaltending matchup is the same ad last time. Linus Ullmark will take on Logan Thompson for the second time this season. Both goalies are at the top due to their level of play, making this a great matchup.

Prediction: Bruins defeat Golden Knights 4-3
