Tom Wilson and the New York Rangers

Alex and Chace are back with a loaded week of content. For starters, they spend a bulk of the podcast discussing everything that has surrounded the Tom Wilson incident with the Washington Capitals and New York Rangers. They look at the play and what happened to start. After, they switch to the department of player safety and their overall poor performance. From there, they switch to the New York Rangers side of things and how they handled it.

Starting by discussing the game that happened after and why the fights were avoidable, to looking at and dissecting the statement the team made. Next, the guys discuss just how much credit should Jeff Gorton get for building this team?

Finally, they switch to a much lighter topic. Andrew Berkshire joins Alex and Chace as the three talk about the Montreal Canadiens and their season so far. What has gone wrong, right, and why they are exactly where they thought they might be. As well as the impact that Cole Caufield has had, plus what is going on with Carey Price again.

Who are Alex and Chace? Alex and Chace are both from the Waterloo region in Ontario, Canada. Both of them grew up playing hockey and shortly after fell in love with analyzing it. Chace is a noted Leafs and Penguins fan, while Alex is a die-hard Senators fan. You can find Alex’s work at LastWordOnHockey.com and milehighhockey.com.
