Last Word on Habs Pod: Failed Tests
This week, the guys talk about the Habs continued struggles. A big week against the Toronto Maple Leafs and Edmonton Oilers left the guys, and the fans, frustrated. After storming out of the gates, the Habs have COOLED off. Everything seems to be a challenge for them at the moment, especially scoring goals. It’s been two frustrating weeks for Habs fans who have to be wondering which version of the Habs is the one they should expect the rest of the way. What’s to blame? Coaching? Players? The Bell Centre? The reverse retro’s? The guys break it down.
They guys then talk about the struggles of Phillip Danault. The Habs center has been struggling this year. The guys wonder if Danault’s contract situation is affecting his game. Whatever it is, Danault is hurting his value and the Habs on-ice product. With Tomas Tatar being scratched, the guys wonder if Danault should have been the one to sit.
