The Los Angeles Kings, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, and San Jose Sharks have all continued to fill out their rosters with minor signings on Thursday.

First round pick Lias Andersson has agreed to terms with the New York Rangers on a three-year entry level contract.
Andersson was the seventh overall selection in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft after the Rangers acquired the pick in the Derek Stepan trade. The Swede recorded 19 points in 42 games with the SHL Champions HV71.

Forward Andrei Loktionov has agreed to a PTO with the Kings after three seasons with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the KHL.
Loktionov, a former King, has played 155 games in the NHL. The 27-year old scored 27 points last season in the KHL in 58 games, finishing fourth in team scoring. If he impresses in camp, Loktionov could battle for minutes as a fourth line centre for Los Angeles.

Justin Auger has accepted his qualifying offer, re-signing on a one-year, two-way contract with Los Angeles.
The 23-year old scored 20 points in 61 games with the Ontario Reign in 2016-17. A former fourth-round pick, Auger is a giant, listed at 6-foot-7 and 229 pounds. He has yet to appear in a game with the Los Angeles Kings.
Philadelphia Flyers

Forward Taylor Leier has re-signed with the Flyers on a one-year, two-way contract. He accepted his qualifying offer of 105% of his 2015-16 salary.
The 23-year old recorded 37 points in 48 games with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in 2016-17. A former fourth-round pick, Leier has played 16 games with the Flyers in his career, recording just two points.
San Jose

The Sharks have signed 2015 fifth round pick Rudolfs Balcers to a three-year entry level contract.
Balcers came over to North America for the 2016-17 season, playing 66 games for the Kamloops Blazers. The sniper scored 40 goals and 77 points in his only year in the WHL. The 20-year old will likely play for the San Jose Barracuda of the AHL in 2017-18.
He also appeared in the 2017 World Junior Hockey Championships for Latvia, playing in six games. Balcers was among eight Latvians to record a point at the tournament, scoring a goal and an assist along with 16 PIM.
