This is a Chelsea women predicted lineup for their Women’s Super League clash with Liverpool on November 10. Sonia Bompastor’s team have won every match since she took over from Emma Hayes but the Reds have proven to be a bit of a bogey side for the Blues over the years.

How Chelsea Women Have Lined Up Recently
The international break, illness, and fitness issues have forced Bompastor to dig into her squad depth over the recent stretch of matches. Hannah Hampton is the first-choice goalkeeper but Zecira Musovic has deputized capably. The back four has seen the most change with Ashley Lawrence playing on both flanks.

Sandy Baltimore is the regular left-back choice, with Lucy Bronze on the right although Eve Perisset also featured in that spot recently. Millie Bright, Kadeisha Buchanan, and Nathalie Bjorn have all started in the centre of defence.

Oriane Jean-Francois, Erin Cuthbert, Sjoeke Nusken, and Wieke Kaptein have all started in defensive midfield either as a lone pivot, or as part of a double pivot. The absence of Lauren James has seen Maika Hamano enter the starting rotation along with Guro Reiten and Johanna Rytting Kaneryd as the attacking midfielders.
Mayra Ramirez has shared striker duties with Aggie Beever-Jones.
Chelsea Women Recent Form and Tactics
Despite using either a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-1-4-1 depending on the opponent, the aim has been to attack, press high, get players in and around the box, and overwhelm the opposition. Both full backs join the attack while the defensive midfielder and centre-backs try to sweep up any potential counters.

As mentioned previously, this has been successful with Bompastor having a perfect record since moving from Lyon with the goals flying in. The Blues are the top scorers in the entire WSL despite playing two matches less than most other teams. In addition, they have one of the league’s best defences.
Chelsea Women Injuries to Consider
Despite the excellent start to the campaign, the squad is far from full strength. Sam Kerr, Aniek Nouwen, Sophie Ingle, and Mia Fishel are all sidelined with ACL injuries. They are joined on the sidelines by Niamh Charles and Lauren James.
The manager confirmed in her pre-match conference that Cat Macario and Bronze are available for selection. Ramirez didn’t play a single minute last week against Everton but her place on the bench likely meant she was fit.
