FPL Tips: Three Forwards to Transfer in for Gameweek 10 Including Chelsea Man

Chelsea attackers celebrate goal

Last Word on Football brings you three forwards you should transfer into your Gameweek 10 squad, with the FPL deadline set for 12:00 PM BST on November 2.

Three Forwards to Select for FPL Gameweek 10

Erling Haaland(£15.4m) – Bournemouth vs Manchester City

Erling Haaland successfully ended his mini goal drought by bagging an early goal which was enough to give the defending champions all three points. FPL contestants will hope the Norwegian can embark on a long goal-scoring streak from here.

On Saturday, Manchester City visit the Vitality Stadium to take on Bournemouth. The hosts will be in high spirits after defeating title contenders Arsenal 2-0. They will now look to take points off the defending champions as well.

The absence of Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, and Rodri Hernandez might be a blow to Haaland, who depends on his teammates for support. However, others like Bernardo Silva and Phil Foden will still lend a helping hand to the striker.

Nicolas Jackson (£7.9m) – Manchester United vs Chelsea

Nicolas Jackson’s stunning form has flown under the radar due to his teammate Cole Palmer’s exploits. The Senegalese forward has six goals and three assists in just nine games.

Enzo Maresca’s tactics have revitalized Jackson, who is proving capable of turning into an all-round striker. On Sunday, he will face an injury-ravaged Manchester United, whose defence easily wilts under pressure. The hosts have conceded 11 goals so far and might ship in more this week.

United’s midfield needs to be alert and stop Chelsea from using their attackers’ pace. Any failure to do so will only lead to more chances being provided for Jackson who might not miss them considering the form he is in.

Raul Jimenez (£5.7m) – Fulham vs Brentford – A Cost-Effective Option for Gameweek 10

Marco Silva has assembled a group of talented attacking players, and Raul Jimenez is a key part of this group. With four goals and an assist in just six starts, the Mexican is one of the most in-form strikers in the league. As a result, FPL players are desperate to get him into their team somehow.

The game against Brentford presents another golden opportunity for Jimenez to showcase his goal-scoring prowess. The Bees have a poor defensive record, which is likely to worsen this weekend.

Among the low-cost options, Jimenez is the right choice for this weekend as Danny Welbeck, another in-form option, faces a tough trip to Anfield. Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest’s Chris Wood might miss his side’s game due to an injury.
