How Bayern Munich Have Lined Up Recently
Bayern began their match against Dinamo Zagreb as follows: Manuel Neuer was in goal. Alphonso Davies and Raphael Guerreiro took up their positions on the flanks of the back four. Meanwhile, Kim Min-jae and Dayot Upamecano played in the centre of the defence.

The team have won each of their five matches in all competitions so far this season. The fear is, that kind of a record might cause a false sense of security to creep in, particularly because Bayern have yet to face top-level opposition this term.

Main keeper Neuer was substituted at halftime of the Zagreb game, due to a knock he had suffered in the match. However, Kompany admitted that it had been a precaution and assumed that the former German international would be able to play against Bremen, depending on training on Friday.
