This is a Chelsea confirmed lineup for their clash with Crystal Palace in the Premier League on September 1. The Blues are aiming to rebound after a 2-1 defeat in midweek to Servette, despite advancing on aggregate the loss is sure to dent their confidence after a mixed start to life under Enzo Maresca.

Chelsea Confirmed Lineup vs Crystal Palace in Premier League Action
Chelsea Team News
Robert Sanchez returns in goal with a familiar back four of Malo Gusto, Wesley Fofana, Levi Colwill, and Marc Cucurella. Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez form what will likely be a double pivot with Cole Palmer, Pedro Neto, and Noni Madueke behind Nicolas Jackson.
Filip Jorgensen, Tosin Adarbioyo, Axel Disasi, Renato Veiga, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Cesare Casadei, Mykhailo Mudryk, Joao Felix, and Christopher Nkunku are on the bench.
Starting 11: Sanchez, Gusto, Fofana, Colwill, Cucurella, Caicedo, Fernandez, Neto, Palmer, Madueke, Jackson
Notable Changes
It’s another shift in shape and personal from Maresca after using his inverted full-backs and weaker side against Servette. This time around it seems there’ll be a more traditional 4-2-3-1 shape with Neto on the left, Palmer in the middle, and Madueke on the right.
No Marc Guiu on the bench indicates that either Nkunku or Felix could operate as a false nine if Jackson needs to come off. The back-four remains the same with this four being trusted in the Premier League so far, whether or not Reece James can break in after the international break will be interesting.
Sanchez remains the first-choice between the sticks despite the solid performances from Jorgensen in Europe. This will be a battle to keep eyes on for the season.
