How Much Would United Have To Pay For Guehi?
The Telegraph’s Matt Law has reported that the Eagles are not at all ready to let the young centre-back leave for cheap if he wants to move onto a ‘bigger club’ after returning from the Euro 2024 tournament.
It’s also added that Crystal Palace have not given up hope of keeping Guehi at the club next season and have prepared to hold meetings with his representative over potentially extending his contract.

Law adds that if that doesn’t work out and the English centre-back still wants out, then they will ask for at least £65 million to let him leave. That means the Red Devils, who are reportedly interested in signing the ex-Chelsea man, will have to pay at least that amount to get him.
The journalist adds that Palace have set this high valuation of Guehi after noting how Everton are rumoured to be valuing Jarrad Branthwaite at £70 million after realizing that United are interested in him too.
Marc Guehi Earning Praise For Euro 2024 Outing
The Crystal Palace defender has seemingly been the breakout star for England in the early stages of Euro 2024 and produced an impressive performance to help his side get a gritty 1-0 win over Serbia in their first group game.
Guehi even earned praise from veteran defender Kyle Walker, who hailed his performance as “fantastic” and voiced his appreciation of how composed the young defender is.

Guehi is likely to be a mainstay in the England backline for the rest of Euro 2024 after Harry Maguire failed to make the squad due to injury. A few more admirable performances in the group stages can give Crystal Palace enough validation to stick to the major asking price for their defender.
Now it remains to be seen if Manchester United push to sign Guehi or take their attention into signing some other defender as they are pushing to sign a replacement for the departing Raphael Varane.
