Arsenal Players To Select For FPL Gameweek 36

Watch: Who Wins the Premier League This Season?

Kai Havertz (Cost: £7.5m, TSB: 7.9%)

Kai Havertz has proven to be a crucial asset for Mikel Arteta’s side in their hunt for the Premier League and has also rewarded his FPL managers richly in the last few weeks.

The German international is the third most in-form player in the game (8.3 pts), only behind Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes (10.8 pts) and Chelsea’s Cole Palmer (9.0 pts).

He has made the centre-forward spot his very own and has produced four attacking returns for the Gunners in his last two appearances. His underlying goal threat, cheap value, and low ownership make him an ideal candidate to buy ahead of a tasty home fixture against the Cherries.

Ben White (Cost: £6.0m, TSB: 21.6%)

The most prolific point-scoring defender in the game this year is our second option of the week. Despite his relatively high price, the English defender is worth the money spent on him.

In the Gunners’ last home game, White amassed a whopping 20 points thanks to two goals and a clean sheet. The defender’s case is strengthened thanks to Arsenal’s league-leading defence that have kept 16 clean sheets this season.

White’s increased goal threat in recent weeks, coupled with Arsenal’s defensive prowess make him an excellent buy for Gameweek 36.

Martin Odegaard (Cost: £8.6m, TSB: 18.3%)

The Arsenal skipper has been an influential figure in the middle of the park for his team. The Norwegian is second only to Bukayo Saka for total points in FPL this season.

Odegaard has three attacking returns in the North Londoners’ last two home games and would be looking to increase his tally over the weekend against a side he has already had success against.

In the reverse fixture, the 25-year-old scored a massive 17 points which included a goal and two assists to his name. We can expect more of the same from the skipper as Arsenal continue on their quest to win the league title this season.
