How Liverpool Have Lined-up Recently
Alisson Becker has started in goal with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson as the full-backs. Virgil van Dijk is a constant in defence but has paired with either Ibrahima Konate or Jarell Quansah at centre-back.
Wataru Endo is the defensive midfielder with Alexis Mac Allister almost always joining him. Curtis Jones, Ryan Gravenberch, and Dominik Szoboszlai have all rotated in the midfield.

Luis Diaz is the left-winger. Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah started on the bench last match, replaced by Cody Gakpo and Harvey Elliott. We expect the “magic” striker to start this weekend.
Liverpool’s Recent Form and Tactics Ahead of Tottenham Clash
A 2-2 draw at West Ham makes it just two wins in their last seven matches.
Similar to their entire season, Liverpool had a lot of the ball and failed to capitalise on it. 71% of possession belonged to the Reds, and they had 28 shots. A common theme this term continued as big chances (2) were missed. A match total of 1.69 expected goals were wasted.

Diaz had a strong game, getting into great positions on the left-hand side – taking three shots from almost identical spots just inside the box. The Columbian was most important as a playmaker, creating an incredible seven chances.
Jurgen Klopp’s side conceded twice from crosses, including a Jarrod Bowen header from the penalty spot in a position which he should not have been given such a good chance from. This makes it three goals from set-pieces conceded in the last two matches.
Aside from the fact that the home side has nothing to play for, Spurs will surely be hopeful of their chances this weekend given Liverpool’s recent form.
Liverpool Injuries to Consider Ahead of Tottenham Match
The biggest absentee is surely Diogo Jota who would make a huge difference to the quality of finishing in this side. The Portuguese is “progressing well” but it will “take time”. On April 26, Klopp revealed that both Jota and Conor Bradley “will start training in the next few days”.
Joel Matip and Thiago Alcantara will be out for the season. Stefan Bajcetic is playing for the U21s to build his fitness.
