The match against Copenhagen was a week and a half ago. It remains to be seen, whether the squad will benefit from that break, or if a bit of rustiness may have settled in. Bayern Munich Injuries to Consider
Most of the players who were either ill or injured have recovered by now. Even Jamal Musiala, who has spent nearly a month out through injury, is now ready to return. Albeit not for the full 90 minutes against Frankfurt. From that point of view, the postponement of the Union game may well have been a blessing in disguise. The only Bayern players, who are now injured are Matthijs de Ligt and Bouna Sarr. The latter suffered an ACL injury in training a week ago.
