How Tottenham Have Lined up Recently
It has been over a month since Guglielmo Vicario and Tottenham’s defence earned a clean sheet in the top flight. However, Destiny Udogie, Ben Davies, and Pedro Porro will receive a major boost now that “fiery” defender Cristian Romero is eligible for selection again after serving his three-game suspension.

For the midfield, Giovanni Lo Celso has taken advantage of his increase in minutes by scoring in the last two games he’s started in. On the other hand, Yves Bissouma will look to improve upon his performance at the Etihad Stadium. Bryan Gil is also set to keep his position in the starting lineup.
As far as the attackers go, the trio of Dejan Kulusevski, Son Heung-Min, and Brennan Johnson played their part against Pep Guardiola’s side: having all earned at least one goal contribution. With their home fans cheering them on against a local rival, they will look to continue being the main contributors offensively.

Changes We May See
Emerson Royal’s time as a starting centre-back will likely come to an end with vice-captain Cristian Romero taking his place in the starting eleven. As for the other positions, it is unlikely a change will be made unless Ange Postecoglou decides to put in Højbjerg for fitness reasons in the midfield.

The Australian Manager noted in his press conference that Pape Matar Sarr is back in training, but is unlikely to play against the Hammers. As for Richarlison, the forward had a brief cameo on Sunday, but will probably remain a bench option.
James Maddison, Micky van de Ven, Rodrigo Bentancur, Ryan Sessegnon, Ivan Perisic, Ashley Philipps, Eric Dier, and Manor Solomon all remain out.
