How Chelsea Have Lined up Recently
Robert Sanchez has been the first-choice goalkeeper and has yet to lose his spot, even for the EFL Cup. The back four has had some changes due to injuries and suspensions so Malo Gusto, Reece James, Marc Cucurella, Benoit Badiashile, Thiago Silva, Axel Disasi, and Levi Colwill have all featured in defence.

The midfield pivot has generally featured Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo. Ahead of them, we have seen Conor Gallagher, Cole Palmer, and Raheem Sterling stake their claims along with Mykhailo Mudryk getting some starts.
Nicolas Jackson has been tasked to lead the line when healthy and available.
Chelsea Recent Form and Tactics
Mauricio Pochettino has remained resolute in his base 4-2-3-1 formation. With just one defeat from the past few games, including a 2-2 draw with high flying Arsenal, it would appear that things are turning around for the Blues after a dismal performance last season.
Most importantly, the team are scoring goals once again, aside from a dull day at Brentford they have scored at least twice in four of the last five outings.
Chelsea Injuries to Consider
The latest injury report from Chelsea confirms that Mudryk has returned to full fitness. There’s less good news for others, however. Armando Broja, Trevoh Chalobah, Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia, and Christopher Nkunku are all sidelined.
