How Chelsea Have Lined Up Recently

With some new signings and head-scratching tactical flexibility there are few guarantees with Mauricio Pochettino. One thing that is certain is Nicolas Jackson will lead the line, with Raheem Sterling also guaranteed a spot. Carney Chukwuemeka, Enzo Fernandez, and Conor Gallagher have been familiar faces in midfield but new signings could push one or two of them out of the starting eleven.

Robert Sanchez is the number one goalkeeping option with Ben Chilwell, Reece James, Thiago Silva, and Levi Colwill all getting spots in the team.

Despite deploying what looked like a 3-5-2 against Liverpool, Pochettino has actually confirmed his setup was more akin to a 4-2-3-1 with Colwill as a fluid left-back while Chilwell or James pushed forward as a winger.
